Zusammenfassung
Populismus ist heute unerwarteterweise und dynamisch wieder auf der Tagesordnung. Vor dem Hintergrund traditioneller populistischer Bewegungen (des Agrarpopulismus im 19. Jahrhundert in den USA, der russischen Narodniki, des Peronismus in Argentinien etc.) wurden die letzten zwei Jahrzehnte von einem globalen Wiederaufleben populistischer Phänomene gekennzeichnet. Die „Symptome“ dieses Wiederauflebens sind vielschichtig und einmal mehr auf der ganzen Welt verstreut.
