Zusammenfassung
Die klassische Perspektive des Marketings fokussiert auf das Produkt als Objekt der Vermarktung. Aufgrund sich verändernder Marktbedingungen haben sich die Marketingaktivitäten vieler Unternehmen von einer produkt- zu einer stärker kundenorientierten Ausrichtung gewandelt. Dreh- und Angelpunkt des kundenzentrierten Marketings ist das Verständnis des Kunden, seiner Präferenzen und Möglichkeiten. Tendenziell stellt sich für jede Kundengruppe und nahezu für jeden Kunden die Frage separat, mit welchen Marketinginstrumenten jeweils der größtmögliche Markterfolg zu erzielen ist.
