Abstract
Continuous recording of ICP and other physiological variables results in the accumulation of a mass of data in the form of paper strips from single or multi-channel recorders. In their original form these data are available for scrutiny from which useful general impressions may be drawn. However, the records are often inconvenient to handle and not susceptible to detailed statistical analysis which could yield much valuable information.
