Zusammenfassung

Primäre retroperitoneale Weichteiltumoren sind seltene Tumoren. Rund 60–80% der primären retroperitonealen Tumoren sind maligne, wobei die Sarkome einen Großteil dieser Malignome ausmachen. Zu den organgebundenen retroperitonealen Tumoren gehören die Tumoren der Niere, der Nebenniere, des Ureters und des Pankreas. Dieser Beitrag behandelt die retroperitonealen Weichteiltumoren unter den Aspekten onkologische Kennzeichen, Diagnostik, Therapie, Nachsorge und Prognose.
