Zusammenfassung

Aus der Luftfahrt ist bekannt, dass Simulation eine standardisierte Lernumgebung für hocheffektives Training schaffen kann [1]. Piloten müssen sich während ihrer gesamten beruflichen Karriere immer wieder einem Simulator-Training unterziehen, vom Auswahlverfahren über das Re-Zertifizierungstraining bis hin zum Spezialtraining bei der Einführung neuer Flugzeugtypen.
