Zusammenfassung
In Deutschland ist die Psychotherapieausbildung für die zugelassenen Ausgangsberufe Arzt, Psychologe, Pädagoge und Sozialpädagoge formal unterschiedlich. Für Ärzte handelt es sich um eine Weiterbildung im Zusammenhang mit einer Facharztausbildung (z. B. Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie) oder eine gesonderte Post-Facharzt-Weiterbildung, z. B. Erwerb des Zusatztitels Psychotherapie, für die anderen Berufsgruppen handelt es sich um eine Ausbildung. Ärzte können sich in Gesprächspsychotherapie im Rahmen der Weiterbildungsordungen der Landesärztekammern ausbilden lassen.
