Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel sollen die vielfältigen Beziehungen zwischen Klinischer und Differentieller Psychologie sowie das große Potenzial einer differentiellen Perspektive in der Klinischen Psychologie aufgezeigt werden. Dabei werden zunächst grundlegende Konzepte dargestellt, die für den Zusammenhang differentieller und klinischer Fragestellungen zentral sind. Anschließend werden klinische Persönlichkeitskonzepte besprochen, die sich differentiellpsychologischer Herangehensweisen bedienen. Dies sind vor allem Vulnerabilitäts- und Protektivfaktoren. In den letzten drei Abschnitten werden hingegen die originär differentiellpsychologischen Theorien besprochen, die sich als klinisch relevant herausgestellt haben.
