Differentiellpsychologische Perspektive in der Klinischen Psychologie

Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel soll das große Potenzial der differentiellen Perspektive in der Klinischen Psychologie aufgezeigt werden. Dabei werden zunächst grundlegende Konzepte dargestellt, die für den Zusammenhang differentieller und klinischer Fragestellungen zentral sind. Anschließend werden klinische Persönlichkeitskonzepte besprochen, die sich differentiellpsychologischer Herangehensweisen bedienen. Dies sind vor allem Vulnerabilitäts- und Protektivfaktoren. In den letzten drei Abschnitten werden die originär differentiellpsychologischen Theorien besprochen, die sich als klinisch relevant herausgestellt haben, die stark mit den Vulnerabilitäts- und Protektivfaktoren überlappen und vor allem durch das Beschreiben fundamentaler Verhaltensbereiche (Approach und Avoidance) für das Verständnis klinischer Phänomene nützlich sind.
