Zusammenfassung
Moderne Bahnhöfe sind hochkomplexe Dienstleistungssysteme: komplex einerseits, weil auf der strukturell-organisationalen Ebene eine schier unüberschaubare Anzahl von Leistungen und Funktionen so aufeinander abgestimmt werden muss, dass das Gesamtsystem nicht ins Stocken gerät; komplex aber auch, weil Bahnhöfe Knotenpunkte des Sozialen darstellen, an denen die unterschiedlichsten Akteure und Akteursgruppen miteinander – und mit dem Bahnhof als System – zurechtkommen müssen.
