Zusammenfassung
Seit ihren Ursprüngen im Werk Husserls befasste sich die Phänomenologie nicht nur mit der Beschreibung und Analyse sozialer Realität, sie entwickelte sich vielmehr in direktem Austausch mit den zeitgenössischen soziologischen Strömungen. Bereits um 1905, also sehr früh in seinem Denkweg, erkannte Husserl die Frage der Intersubjektivität als eine der drängendsten der Phänomenologie. Husserl war auch wohl der erste, der den Begriff der Intersubjektivität in das philosophische Vokabular eingeführt hatte (Hua XIII; vgl. Thompson 2006).
