Zusammenfassung
Angesichts der traditionellen und auch zeitgenössischen Hochschätzung der Gerechtigkeit als individueller und sozialer Tugend sind radikale Formen der Kritik an Gerechtigkeit philosophisch eher marginal. Einige Typen einer solchen radikalen, die Gerechtigkeit insgesamt in Frage stellenden Kritik lassen sich gleichwohl ausfindig machen. So konzentriert sich eine Kritik auf die rationalitätstheoretische Annahme, Gerechtigkeit lohne sich nicht; ein anderer Typ der Kritik wirft den gängigen Theoriemodellen vor, Gerechtigkeitsfragen zu sehr an normativen Prinzipien zu orientieren und damit unabhängig von den konkreten sozioökonomischen Umständen zu thematisieren, auf die diese Prinzipien angewendet werden sollen.
