Welche Beziehung besteht zwischen globalen Städten, Informationstechnologie und Bürgerverantwortung (engl.‚citizenship‘)? Die drei Begriffe in einem Satz nebeneinanderzustellen, scheint auf den ersten Blick reichlich abwegig.
