Zusammenfassung
Welche Beziehung besteht zwischen globalen Städten, Informationstechnologie und Bürgerverantwortung (engl.‚citizenship‘)? Die drei Begriffe in einem Satz nebeneinanderzustellen, scheint auf den ersten Blick reichlich abwegig. In der Tat: Ein Blick in die Literatur zu jedem der drei Themen scheint die Möglichkeit eines fruchtbaren Dialogs nicht eben nahezulegen.
