Zusammenfassung
Viele Unternehmen setzen derzeit Mentoring-Programme ein, mit denen junge weibliche Führungskräfte unterstützt werden sollen. Damit diese Programme erfolgreich sind, gilt es, bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung eine Reihe von Faktoren zu beachten. Dann kann es Wirkungen im Unternehmen entfalten, die nicht nur die Frauen selbst, sondern auch die Führungskräfte insgesamt und die Unternehmenskultur betreffen.
