Zusammenfassung
Die Einführung von CRM betrifft sowohl aus organisatorischer als auch aus technologischer Perspektive verschiedenste Prozesse im Unternehmen. So sind zur Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerung der Kundenbearbeitung häufig Prozeßreorganisationen in Marketing, Vertrieb und Kundenservice erforderlich, bevor neue CRM-Instrumente zu deren Unterstützung eingeführt werden sollten.
