Zusammenfassung
Organisations- und Gesellschaftstheorie widmen sich, auch in der Systemtheorie, weitgehend eigenen, speziellen Bereichen und Problemen. Daran hat man sich gewöhnt, Diese Lage kontrastiert jedoch scharf mit der ebenfalls gewohnten Einsicht, daß wesentliche Entwicklungen und Probleme moderner Gesellschaft — wie die Konstitution und Reproduktion von Staat, Wirtschaft, Erziehung und Wissenschaft, wie Ghettobildung, Umweltzerstörung, Arbeitslosigkeit und Überbelastung der Familien — mit Organisation verbunden sind.1 In diesem Aufsatz versuche ich, auf der Grundlage der Systemtheorie diesen Kontrast zu mildern.
