Abstract
While in earlier decades skin horizontal incisions extending up to 30 cm with resulting unsightly scars were not uncommon for surgical access across the anterior thoracic wall and décolleté (Figs. 1 and 2), nowadays incisions and therewith resulting scars of 3–10 cm usually suffice for the different techniques of correction applied.
