Abstract

Germany has a long history of reconciliation and conflict resolution since 1945. It is worthwhile to remind some events to characterize this astonishing process, where a country that is responsible for the most heinous crimes in recent history arrived to have good relationships with their former enemies and victims. We reference conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and reconciliation studies in German education institutions and centers with some events.
