Abstract
Multicriteria decision making can be divided into two parts: multi-attribute decision analysis and multi-criteria optimization. When the number of the feasible alternatives is large, we use multi-criteria optimization. On the other hand, multi-attribute decision analysis is most often applicable to problems with a small number of alternatives in an environment of uncertainty. In this chapter, a goal programming approach was analyzed to solve fuzzy integer multi-criteria decision-making problems.
