Abstract
Classification into classes of superconductors with singlet and triplet pairing, respectively, needs information on the parity and spin state of the pairing state. These information can be accessed through measurements in a magnetic field due to the di.erent response of the pairs with S = 0 and S = 1, respectively, on an applied magnetic field. In the following sections Hc2 measurements, the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and the muon spin rotation (μSR) are introduced as frequently used probes of the parity and spin state.
