About the editors
Tushar Chaudhuri is assistant professor of European studies at the Hong Kong Baptist University and is course coordinator of the European Studies programme (German Stream). He has taught German as a Foreign Language to university students in India, Germany and Hong Kong. His research interests include the impact of new technology in the university language classroom, the role of multilingualism in foreign language acquisition and telecollaborative language learning.
Dr. Béatrice Cabau has been an associate professor at the Department of Government and International Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University and the course coordinator of the European Studies programme (French stream) for almost twenty years. Her research interests are language policy in Europe; language -in-education policy; Scandinavian and European studies; intercultural studies; internationalization of higher education as well as students’ mobility.
