The round table discussion on Guilt and Responsibility presented below is a result of collaborative efforts of graduate students and faculty members of the Stasis Center for Practical Philosophy at the European University at Saint Petersburg, as well as colleagues from Moscow. Following the initial shock brought on by the beginning of the war, in March and April 2022, these scholars decided to slightly distance the moral disposition of this war and to reflect on it. This decision came about not just from watching the news, but also from fiercely pondering upon their own guilt and responsibility. Along with conceptual entries, this publication also includes a question and answer exchange among the participants themselves. This Q & A component offers the reader an opportunity to clarify important ideas and learn new insights about the topics under consideration. The result of this debate is the following rich, bitter, and polemical dialogue focused on the ordre du jour.
