A dendrogram showing the similarities between multilocus Genotypes 1–38. Excluding C. meleagridis (MLG 1), the genotypes can be divided into 6 subgroups. Groups 2, 3, and 4 are found in human and cattle while subgroups 1 and 5 are found in humans only.
