Abstract
We construct a supersymmetric version of instanton operators in fivedimensional Yang-Mills theories. This is possible by considering a five-dimensional generalization of the familiar four-dimensional topologically twisted theory, where the gauge configurations corresponding to instanton operators are supersymmetric.
