We develop the Lagrangian description for the free N-extended massless higher spin supermultiplets in the four-dimensional anti-de Sitter space. The massless supermultiplets are formulated for N ≤ 4k, where k is a maximal integer or half-integer spin in the multiplet. We found supertransformations connecting bosonic and fermionic components of the supermultiplets. It is shown that their algebra is closed on-shell. The supersymmetric invariant Lagrangians are constructed.
