Zusammenfassung
Die operative Entfernung der Harnblase mit konsekutiv erforderlicher Harnableitung kann besondere Versorgungsmaßnahmen nach sich ziehen. So erfordern Pouchanlagen regelhaft, Entleerungsstörungen und Hyperkontinenz bei Neoblasen mitunter die adäquate Umsetzung des intermittierenden Selbstkatheterismus als Therapie der Wahl. Vor allem bei nächtlicher Neoblaseninkontinenz gilt es durch die Anwendung von Kondomurinalen bei Männern die Schlafqualität zu sichern und die potentiell deletären Folgen einer Chronodisruption zu vermeiden. Bei Conduit-Anlagen oder Ureterocutaneostomie sollten durch adäquate Schulung der selbständigen Stomaversorgung und optimalen Hilfsmittelsupport weitgehend unbeeinträchtigte Teilhabe und gute Lebensqualität angestrebt werden. Es werden die besonderen Anforderungen an eine individuelle Hilfsmittelversorgung bei Urostomie, Pouch- und Neoblasenanlage diskutiert.
