Zusammenfassung

Erworbene Pulmonalklappenstenosen sind eine Rarität, häufiger handelt es sich um angeborene Pulmonalklappenstenosen. Leichtgradige Pulmonalklappeninsuffizienzen ohne klinische Anzeichen einer Herzerkrankung sind häufig und gelten nicht als pathologischer Befund. Höhergradigere Pulmonalklappeninsuffizienzen können durch verschiedene Erkrankungen verursacht werden und zu einer rechtsventrikulären Volumenüberlastung und Rechtsherzinsuffizienz führen. Im folgenden Kapitel werden nun die Ursachen, die klinischen Erscheinungsformen, die Diagnose und die Behandlung der erworbenen Pulmonalklappenerkrankungen erörtert.
