Zusammenfassung

Die Zielsetzung des Forschungsprojekts „Multidimensionales Service Prototyping“ (dimenSion) war es, entsprechend dem Bedarf von Unternehmen, die Anwendbarkeit von Service-Prototyping-Methoden in der Praxis zu verbessern und potenzielle Anwender bei der Auswahl von Methoden und Techniken durch eine Systematik zu unterstützen. Diese Techniken ermöglichen ein schnelles Service Prototyping durch Bereitstellung vordefinierter Bausteine, vor allem in frühen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses.
