Zusammenfassung
Uns Psychotherapeut*innen stehen zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Intervention offen, wobei die Bandbreite an Techniken und Methoden stetig wächst. Hier fällt es schwer, den Überblick zu behalten. Im Folgenden soll eine Einteilung nach den 5 Ebenen Verhalten, Emotion, Kognition, Imagination, Achtsamkeit und Körper vorgenommen und die wichtigsten Strategien sollen exemplarisch vorgestellt werden. Therapeut*innen sollten sich in der Arbeit mit Patient*innen stets die aktuelle Interventionsebene vergegenwärtigen, d. h. sie bewusst einsetzen und nach Bedarf flüssig wechseln können. Patient*innen sind verschieden zugänglich für die jeweiligen Ebenen, sodass es ratsam ist, eine andere auszuprobieren, falls die Patient*innen auf einer Ebene nicht erreicht werden konnten.
