Zusammenfassung
Klassenmanagement stellt eine wichtige Voraussetzung für erfolgreiches Lernen dar. Lernumgebungen sollen so gestalten sein, dass Lernen störungsarm abläuft, die vorgegebene Lernzeit maximal ausgeschöpft wird und die Lehrenden die Lernprozesse optimal begleiten und unterstützen. Störungsarmer Unterricht hat in der Regel positive Wirkungen auf kognitive wie motivational-affektive Lernkomponenten. Die optimale Nutzung von Unterrichtszeit durch die Organisation und Strukturierung des Unterrichts hängt eng mit der Qualität der Lernprozesse und den kognitiven Lernergebnissen zusammen. Die Qualität der Begleitung und Unterstützung fördert vor allem motivational-affektive Komponenten des Lernens. Der Umgang mit Störungen stellt eine Voraussetzung für erfolgreiches Lernen dar; die optimale Ausschöpfung der Lernzeit die Grundlage für die Ausführung von Lernaktivitäten; die Begleitung des Lernens betrifft die Unterstützung qualitativ hochwertiger Lernprozesse.
