Zusammenfassung
Aufbauend auf einer passgenauen Diagnose von Schülerleistungen stellt die lernförderliche Gestaltung von Rückmeldungen ein zentrales Moment schulischer Lehr-Lern-Prozesse dar. Am Beispiel der Kompetenz des mathematischen Modellierens untersucht das DFG-Projekt Co2CA daher u. a., inwieweit Lehrkräfte durch langfristig angelegte Lehrerfortbildungen gezielt darin unterstützt werden können, Schülerinnen und Schülern im kompetenzorientierten Mathematikunterricht möglichst lernförderliches Feedback zum aktuellen Wissensstand anzubieten. Empirisch zeigt sich, dass trotz des erfolgreichen Aufbaus fachdidaktischen Lehrerwissens zum Diagnostizieren und Rückmelden von Schülerleistungen zum mathematischen Modellieren durch die Fortbildungen Schülerinnen und Schüler keine positive Veränderung der Rückmeldepraxis durch die Mathematiklehrkräfte wahrnehmen. Die Ergebnisse werden mit Blick auf die Bedeutung von Lehrerfortbildungen für die Qualitätsentwicklung von Schule diskutiert.
