Zusammenfassung
Eine der Zielsetzungen dieses Buches besteht darin, der Frage nachzugehen, wie ein empirisch fundiertes Konzept eines Ganzheitlichen Produktentstehungsprozesses aussehen soll, welches auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse und Charakteristika von kleinen und mittleren Lieferanten angepasst ist. Das erste Kapitel leitet diese Fragestellung her und gibt einen Überblick über die Ausgangslage und Problemstellung.
