Zusammenfassung

Dargestellt werden die heute meistverwendeten Methoden zur Stimm- und Sprachrehabilitation nach Laryngektomie. Die chirurgische prothetische Stimmrehabilitation ist der Goldstandard in der Stimmrehabilitation nach Laryngektomie. Wenn es der Allgemeinzustand zu lässt und der Patient motiviert ist, die verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit zurückzuerlangen, ist eine stimmprothetische Versorgung jederzeit möglich. Auch komplexe Rekonstruktionen der oberen Schluckstraße mit mikrovaskularisierten oder gestielten Lappen schließen eine stimmprothetische Rehabilitation nicht aus. Die besten Erfolge hinsichtlich der Rehabilitation nach Laryngektomie werden im multidisziplinären Team aus Kopf-Hals-Chirurg, Logopädie und Fachpflege erreicht.
