Zusammenfassung
Die Person einerseits und die Situation andererseits können Merkmale aufweisen, die die negative Wirkung von Stressoren abpuffern und somit der Entstehung von Stress entgegenwirken. Soziale Unterstützung ist eines dieser Merkmale. Im Folgenden werden analog zur Darstellung der Stressoren verschiedene Ressourcen aus der Person, der arbeitsbezogenen Rolle, dem sozialen Umfeld, dem Behavior Setting („Verhaltensraum“), der physikalisch-technologischen Umwelt, der Aufgabe, der Organisation sowie der Kultur beschrieben. Wir gehen insbesondere auf die Rolle der sozialen Unterstützung ein, da diese eine zentrale Ressource gegen Stress darstellt.
