Zusammenfassung
Menschen verbringen einen Großteil ihrer Lebenszeit am Arbeitsplatz. Ein wichtiges Anliegen der Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Organisationspsychologie aus Sicht der Positiven Psychologie ist daher, Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, sich am Arbeitsplatz wohl zu fühlen und die ausgeführten Tätigkeiten als sinnvoll und bereichernd zu erleben. Davon profitieren nicht nur die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, sondern auch das gesamte Unternehmen. Wie die Forschung gezeigt hat, arbeiten Menschen produktiver, wenn sie mit ihrer Arbeit glücklich sind. Lebenskunst ist ein dahingehend zielführender Ansatz, weil der Mensch und sein Wohlbefinden in den Mittelpunkt gestellt werden. Es wird ein Lebenskunst-Training vorgestellt, welches in mehreren mittelständischen Unternehmen durchgeführt wurde und sich zur Steigerung des Wohlbefindens als wirksam erwiesen hat. In dem als arbeitspsychologische Weiterbildungsmaßnahme konzipierten Training wurden den Teilnehmenden verhaltensnahe Lebenskunst-Strategien vermittelt, die gut in den Arbeitskontext integriert werden können,
