Zusammenfassung
Im Gegensatz zu den Plexusblockaden der oberen Extremität werden die Blockaden der Beinnerven noch relativ selten als Routineverfahren eingesetzt. Im Bereich des Kniegelenks können alle drei Nerven für Operationen im Bereich des distalen Unterschenkels, des Sprungelenks und des Fußes als Plexus-lumbalis- oder –sacralis-Blockade durchgeführt werden.
