Zusammenfassung
Qualitativ gute Leistungen reichen im globalen Wettbewerb nicht mehr aus. Unternehmen müssen durch originelle und neuartige Produkte, Dienstleistungen, und Marketingstrategien usw. überzeugen. Sie benötigen daher fähige Mitarbeiter, die alleine und in Projektgruppen kreative Ideen entwickeln, um neue Märkte zu erschließen und mit vielfältigen, völlig neuen Problemen fertig zu werden. Hierbei können Kreativitätstechniken helfen, da sie Einzelpersonen und Gruppen unterstützen, aus gewohnten Denkmustern auszubrechen, Probleme auf andere Art zu betrachten, neue Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen sowie unbekannte Wege zu beschreiten – kurzum: kreativ und innovativ zu sein.
