Zusammenfassung
In den vergangenen Jahrzehnten hat die Vereinbarkeit von beruflichen und außerberuflichen Lebensbereichen, die sogenannte Work-Life-Balance (WLB) immer stärker an Bedeutung gewonnen. Die folgende Untersuchung zeigt, dass nicht nur die Arbeitszeit, sondern auch die Unternehmenskultureine wichtige Rolle für die WLB von Beschäftigten spielt.
