Zusammenfassung

Die akuten Aortenerkrankungen sind mittlerweile in den Fokus der Diagnostik gerückt, da die einzelnen Krankheitsbilder besser differenziert werden können und für das Überleben der Patienten relevante therapeutische Optionen bestehen. Der vorliegende Beitrag konzentriert sich auf die Darstellung nichttraumatischer akuter Aortenerkrankungen. Aktuelle Entwicklungen der Schnittbilddiagnostik werden zusammengefasst. Die Krankheitsbilder Dissektion, intramurales Hämatom, penetrierendes Aortenulkus und Aortitis werden detailliert behandelt. Eine Übersicht über das therapeutische Spektrum rundet den Beitrag ab.
