Zusammenfassung
Ein Pseudolymphom ist eine benigne lymphozytäre Proliferation in der Haut, welche klinisch und histologisch ein malignes Lymphom simulieren kann. Der Ausdruck Pseudolymphom subsumiert eine heterogene Gruppe von Entitäten, die sich hinsichtlich des klinischen Erscheinungsbildes, der Histologie und des Immunphänotyps unterscheiden. In Analogie zu den malignen Lymphomen werden Pseudolymphome mithilfe der Immunphänotypisierung in B- und T-Zell-Pseudolymphome eingeteilt. Eine international etablierte Klassifikation für kutane Pseudolymphome, vergleichbar mit der WHO-Klassifikation für maligne Lymphome oder der WHO-EORTC-Klassifikation für die primären kutanen Lymphome, existiert bisher nicht. Für einige Entitäten bestehen zudem historisch bedingte Eigennamen. Für die Abgrenzung eines Pseudolymphoms von einem malignen Lymphom sind klinisches Erscheinungsbild und Verlauf der Erkrankung wesentlich. Patienten mit einem Pseudolymphom sollten klinisch überwacht werden, da Übergänge eines Pseudolymphoms in ein malignes Lymphom beschrieben sind.
