Zusammenfassung
Optimale Prozesse in einem Krankenhaus können nicht automatisch erreicht werden. Die Prozesse sind eng mit Menschen verbunden, welche von der Optimierung erst überzeugt werden müssen. Ziel muss dabei sein, eine bestehende hohe Qualität zu halten, aber unnötig hohen Aufwand zu vermindern. Unser Ansatz zur Überzeugung der Prozessbeteiligten ist „Lernen durch Simulation“. Die entwickelten Lerncockpits simulieren einen generischen Patiententransportlogistik- und einen OP-Einsatzplanungsprozess und visualisieren das dynamische Verhalten eines Logistik- oder Planungsumfelds. Die Lerncockpits dienen dazu, die Sichtweise des „Planungsleiters der Patiententransportlogistik“ bzw. des „Planungsleiters der OP-Personaleinsatzplanung“ einzunehmen und verschiedene Szenarien durchzuspielen. Damit können unterschiedliche Akteure eines Krankenhauses gleichzeitig, d. h. in der gleichen Lernsituation, Ergebnisse erfahren und diskutieren. Zur Unterstützung der Lernerfahrung dienen dabei sowohl klassische als auch wertorientierte Kennzahlen wie z. B. Produktivität, Qualität, Kosten und Zufriedenheit.
