Zusammenfassung
Natürlich ist es großartig, dass über digitale Kanäle die eigenen Zielgruppen erreicht werden können. Social Media Recruiting ist ein Thema, ohne das es nicht mehr geht. Da alles eine dunkle Seite hat, betrifft dies auch die digitalen Kommunikationsarenen und -formen. So wird das Personalmarketing deutlich schwieriger, wenn gegen das eigene Unternehmen „geschossen“ wird. Solche Aktionen müssen gleichwohl nicht aus der Personalsphäre stammen, sondern können sich auch gegen das Unternehmen insgesamt richten. Es entstehen Phänomene, für die es nicht relevant ist, dass das Personalmarketing bisher vielleicht noch nie mit der Unternehmenssicherheit gesprochen hat. Die notwendige digitale Transformation lässt einen gewichtigen Abstimmungsbedarf entstehen. Es gilt intern schneller zu lernen, als dies externe böswillige Dritte tun. Hierbei spielt es auch eine Rolle, welche Mitarbeiter-Informationen in Hackerdaten gefunden werden können. So ist die üble Nachrede nur die einfachste Form des Angriffs auf eine Arbeitgebermarke.
