Zusammenfassung
Service Design ist die Gestaltung von Dienstleistungen aus einer konsequenten Nutzerperspektive. Zielsetzung ist es, Dienstleistungen aus Anbietersicht wirksam, wirtschaftlich und wiederholbar zu gestalten. Aus Kundensicht sollen Dienstleistungen einen spürbaren Mehrwert schaffen und Kundenprobleme sowie damit verbundene „Kundenschmerzen“ lösen. Der Artikel beschreibt das Grundkonzept von Kundenreisen als wesentlichen Ansatz des Service Design. Darüber hinaus werden Herausforderungen und Herangehensweisen des Service Design in einer digital-persönlichen Omnikanalwelt dargestellt. Abschließend zeigt der Beitrag, wie ein Scheitern im Service Design selbst als Quelle in weiteren Service Design Prozessen genutzt werden kann.
