Zusammenfassung

Dieser Beitrag fokussiert sich auf die Entwicklung von Smart Services. Dafür wird zunächst eine grundlegende Definition für Smart Services gegeben und das Themenfeld innerhalb der Industrie genauer beleuchtet und strukturiert. Immersive Technologien werden als Enabler für derartige Services untersucht und deren Möglichkeiten und Grenzen aufgezeigt. Schließlich wird die Entwicklung von Smart Trainings als ein wachsender Serviceansatz betrachtet und in einem Anwendungsbeispiel beschrieben.
