Zusammenfassung
Die Tendenz zu unhinterfragtem Wachstum in unserem aktuellen wirtschaftlichen System hat zu dramatischen Veränderungen in der Umwelt und der sozialen Werteentwicklung geführt. Der Beitrag zeigt auf, warum die Entwicklung regenerativer Systeme für eine nachhaltige Zukunft Ansätze benötigt, die kollektive Führung, kooperative Zusammenarbeit und dynamische Selbstorganisation zusammenbringen. Es wird erläutert, wie durch die Verbindung eines Denkens in globalen Kontexten mit konkretem Handeln in der strategischen Veränderung von Unternehmen ein sinnstiftender Bezug entsteht. Basierend auf systemtheoretischer Forschung und praxisbezogener Erfahrung in Veränderungsprozessen wird ein Kompass für kollektive Führung vorgestellt. Das Praxismodell basiert auf sechs Prinzipien, die zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen, das Design von Veränderungsprozessen und die Stärkung selbstorganisierter Systeme verbinden. Komplexe Herausforderungen zu Nachhaltigkeit werden damit leichter bewältigt.
