Zusammenfassung
Dass Menschen sich hinsichtlich ihrer Lebensentwürfe und ihrer Ansprüche an Arbeit unterscheiden, ist keine neue Erkenntnis. Eine vom Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales geförderte repräsentative Studie auf Basis von Tiefeninterviews zeigt jedoch, dass sich in Deutschland mittlerweile sehr differenzierte Vorstellungen einer idealen Arbeitswelt herausgebildet haben, deren Heterogenität Unternehmen und Politik vor besondere Herausforderungen stellen. Die sieben aus der Studie abgeleiteten, idealtypisch beschriebenen „Wertewelten“ unterstreichen vor allem eines: „One size fits all“ funktioniert auch in der Arbeitswelt nicht mehr.
