Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel beschreibt, was agile Organisationen kennzeichnet und wie Wissensmanagement zur Agilität beiträgt. Sie erfahren, was lernende und agile Organisationen verbindet und was dies für die Führung bedeutet. Sowohl strategische als auch operative Agilität sind eng mit dem Konzept der „Dynamischen Fähigkeiten“ verbunden, das im Kapitel praxisbezogen erläutert wird. In einem immer turbulenter und komplexer werdenden Umfeld unterstützt Wissensmanagement einerseits eine schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit und Problemlösung im operativen Geschäft, andererseits trägt Wissensmanagement dazu bei, das zukünftig benötigte Wissen bzw. die Kompetenzen zu entwickeln. In diesem Sinne hat Wissensmanagement sowohl eine stabilisierende als auch eine dynamisierende Funktion. Sie erfahren, wie diese Aufgaben in der Praxis realisiert werden können.
