Zusammenfassung
In einer als Blockseminar angelegten Lehrveranstaltung für Masterstudierende in „Business Ethics und CSR“ unterrichtet die Autorin das Thema Korruption. Die ethisch-moralische Ambivalenz des Themas und die Interdisziplinarität des Studiengangs erfordern eine möglichst breite Integration verschiedener Herangehensweisen. Ausschlaggebend sind der Aufbau theoretischer und praktischer Kompetenzen und die Vermittlung eines fundierten Verständnisses für verschiedene Forschungsansätze. Hier hat sich eine Mischung aus theoretischen, methodologischen und praktischen Anteilen mit kontinuierlicher Verzahnung als fruchtbar erwiesen, wobei Fallstudien, empirische und theoretische Themengebiete kritisch beleuchtet und diskutiert werden sollten. Als illustrativ hat sich auch die Einbeziehung individueller Erlebnisse in die Seminararbeit erwiesen. Der Erwerb eines umfassenden Verständnisses von Korruption ist gerade auch für die Praxis wichtig.
