Zusammenfassung
Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht zentrale Designaufgaben bei der Entwicklung von Smart Services. Anhand von zwei Fallstudien wird aufgezeigt, wie Anbieter aus dem Business-to-Business Sektor dabei vorgehen und welche Auswirkungen Smart Services auf bestehende Servicestrategien, auf die Interaktion in der Kundenbeziehung und auf das Service-System haben. Zudem werden Treibereffekte der Entwicklung von Smart Services und deren Folgen für die Branche beleuchtet.
