Zusammenfassung
Im vorstehenden Beitrag ging es uns nicht darum, den Ansatz Karl Homanns per se zu kritisieren oder Position in einem – in unseren Augen – längst beendeten ‚Schulenstreit‘ zu beziehen. Vielmehr ging es uns um die sachliche Auseinandersetzung mit einigen der innerhalb der Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik vorgetragenen Argumente. Dabei standen für uns zwei Dinge stets außer Frage: Zum einen war dies die Bedeutung der wirtschaftlichen, rechtlichen und sozialen Rahmenordnung für das Verhalten wirtschaftlicher Akteure.
