Zusammenfassung
Klassenmanagement gehört mit Instruktion und Motivierung zu den drei übergeordneten Qualitätsdimensionen von Unterricht und stellt eine zentrale Voraussetzung für den Lernerfolg von Schülerinnen und Schülern dar. Klassenmanagement ergibt sich aus der Anforderung, die individuellen Lernprozesse im Unterricht an einem lernzielorientierten Handlungsprogramm auszurichten und gleichzeitig das Arbeitsbündnis mit den Schülerinnen und Schülern aufrechtzuerhalten.
